Care Instructions

  • Wash your cutting board with mild dish soap + warm water. Scrub well. The volume of water and mechanical scrubbing is more important than soap in flushing bacteria and other food particles off the board. *For stains or smells, apply lemon juice or white vinegar.

  • After washing, dry the board immediately with a towel and let it air dry standing up or on a raised wire rack. If flat, your board might curl and warp. Then you will be sad.

  • Yeah. Just don’t.

  • Our cutting boards should not be tested as flotation devices. Do not submerge or leave in water.

Avoid using bleach. The 90s called; they want their frosted tips back.

Although tempting, we advise not throwing this board at your significant other.

  • Once a month (or when the wood starts to dry), generously apply food-grade oil to the board and spread using a paper towel. Let the oil soak into the board and dry completely. Then use paper towels or a microfiber cloth to apply Board Butter (or food-grade wax) in swirling motions. Don’t forget the sides!
